How TubeTraveler works

Every cam on this site is a public live stream broadcast on YouTube by its original creator โ€” a city, a tourism office, an airport, or an enthusiast with a good view. We don't run the cameras; we find them, check that they're actually live, place them on the map, and add what the raw stream can't tell you: where it is, what time it is there, the local weather, sunrise and sunset, and when the view is at its best.

Streams die constantly โ€” broadcasters stop, videos get removed, cameras go dark. An automated health check runs through the whole collection every day and quietly retires anything that's gone offline, so what you see listed is genuinely watchable. Start with the live map, jump to what's in golden hour right now on Now, or read more about the project on the About page.
