Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the live cam service provided by TubeTraveler (the “Service”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Service.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides the following features.
- Map-based display of live cam locations
- Viewing of YouTube live stream video
- Region/category filtering and place search
- Favorites and sharing features
Article 3 (Copyright and Content Responsibility)
- Copyright and broadcast responsibility for video content displayed in the Service belong to the respective YouTube channel operator (original creator).
- The Service provides videos under YouTube's public embed policy and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of that content.
- Copyright in the Service's UI, design, and source code belongs to the Service operator.
Article 4 (Restrictions on Use)
Users must not engage in the following:
- Unauthorized recording, distribution, or commercial use of videos provided through the Service
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
- Infringing on the rights of others
Article 5 (Changes to and Suspension of Service)
The Service may change or discontinue its content without prior notice for operational or technical reasons. The Service does not provide compensation for damages arising from such changes or discontinuation.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is not responsible for service interruptions caused by outages or changes to third-party APIs such as YouTube or map providers.
- The Service does not guarantee the content, legality, or quality of videos displayed within it.
- The Service is not liable for damages arising from a user's own fault.
Article 7 (Changes to Terms)
The Service may revise these Terms as necessary, and revised Terms will be announced within the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
